Empowering Youth Through Video Storytelling
An Erasmus+ KA2 project focused on video storytelling, digital skills, practical trainings, learning resources and international collaboration between Bulgaria and North Macedonia.
Digital Horizons is an Erasmus+ KA2 Small Partnerships project designed to equip young people with practical video storytelling skills. The project includes educational resources, hands-on trainings and collaborative video production tasks. Teachers and students participate in workshops covering video shooting, editing, post-production and multicamera filming.

The project uses short video production as a practical way to develop key competencies in students and teachers, including communication, digital literacy, creativity, teamwork and cultural awareness.

Partners discussed project activities, task planning, responsibility distribution, communication strategies and Erasmus+ visibility guidelines. Participants from North Macedonia visited the school, observed classes and joined cultural activities.
An interactive three-day training on the basics of video shooting was organized by MoCactus. Topics included technical equipment, camera settings, shot types, composition, rule of thirds, line of action, camera angles, movement, sound, lighting, interview practice and final practical projects.
Hosted by PSU Yahya Kemal, this training introduced participants to video editing and post-production with DaVinci Resolve, short video reports, text and graphics, audio processing, color correction and presentation of edited clips.
The summer camp at IMAGE FACTORY studio focused on multicamera production, studio workflows, podcast recording, YouTube streaming, vMix video mixing, green screen, virtual studio and real-time video mixing.
Partners meet at PSU Yahya Kemal in Skopje to review project results, dissemination activities, eTwinning experience, EU portal uploads, budget matters and the final online television magazine concept.
Partners organize workshops and strengthen cooperation for future Erasmus+ projects. A synchronized YouTube live broadcast will be organized as part of the final presentation.
The final presentation is planned as a multi-studio live broadcast connecting partners through vMix Call and YouTube Live.
Green screen host/navigator connects all studios and guides viewers through the broadcast.

Skopje studio connects remotely via vMix Call with students and teachers participating live.
