Within the framework of the project "Let's Play Chess: Inclusive Practices for Sustainable Education", the two leadership teams of the partners - Yahya Kemal College from Skopje and Druzhba Schools from Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria realized the second package of project activities (PA2) of the project of the same name.
Namely, in the period from 19.11.2024 to 21.11.2024. our leadership team made a working visit to the partner Druzhba Schools from Sofia, where we have fully implemented the second set of activities and achieved the following project results:
- We signed a Partnership Agreement between the project coordinator Yahya Kemal College and Druzhba Schools - a partner in the project.
- We finalized the draft version of the joint Communication and Visibility Plan of the project;
- We jointly finalized the project Plan for internal monitoring and evaluation of project implementation.
- We adopted a final and detailed Plan for the implementation of the five project activity packages within the project.
- The chess expert from Yahya Kemal College held a lesson in school chess for the students of the 4th grade at the Druzhba Schools from Sofia.
- Before the class teachers of the Druzhba Primary School in Sofia, the chess expert from the Primary School Yahya Kemal presented the draft scenario of the teaching material for studying the new chess method intended for teachers, as well as the content for the inclusive digital chess animated video material - intended for students
- The chess expert also conducted a short presentation on the benefits and advantages of the new chess learning model, which will be translated into 5 languages (Macedonian, English, Albanian, Turkish and Bulgarian).
