Yahya Kemal College (YKC) is thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of its Erasmus+ Project, KA210-SCH – Small-Scale Partnerships in School Education, titled "Children's Songs for Happy Holidays" (Registration No. 2022-BG01-KA210-SCH-000101365). This project, which spanned 18 months, brought together Kindergarten Gonca from North Macedonia, a YKC institution, and Kindergarten 65 Sunny Childhood in Bulgaria in a cross-border collaboration to enrich early childhood education.
Through this joint endeavor, administrators and educators gained new skills in handling professional video and audio equipment and mastered advanced video editing software. They also expanded their knowledge in setting up and managing virtual studios, providing a modern edge to their teaching methodologies.
The young students who took part enjoyed hands-on experience in performing for national holidays, showcasing creativity, teamwork, and confidence in front of the camera. This experience allowed them to explore new talents and fostered a sense of achievement, making the project a truly memorable part of their early education.
Yahya Kemal College extends its heartfelt gratitude to the students, parents, administrators, educators, and its Bulgarian partners for their efforts and enthusiasm in making this meaningful project possible. The success of "Children's Songs for Happy Holidays" exemplifies the power of international collaboration in education, inspiring future projects that unite students across borders in shared learning and joy.
